GENERAL Limos-limousine.com welcomes you. Limo-limousine.com provides its service to you subject to the following Terms and/or Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Please read these Terms and/or Conditions carefully and thoroughly. This is a legal agreement between limos-limousine.com and the user. Limos-limousine.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and/or Conditions at any time without notice, but the most current version of the Terms and/or Conditions will be available to you by clicking on the link on this site. If you find the Terms and/or Conditions unacceptable at any time, you may discontinue your use of the services. By continuing to use the Services after the date of any changes to these Terms and/or Conditions, including accessing the site, you agree to be bound by the rules contained in most recent versions of this Agreement.

FOREWARNING The Sites act as a venue for limousine companies and shoppers of limousine services. Limos-limousine.com does not have anything to do with in the actual transaction between shoppers and limousine companies. As a result, it has no control over the quality, safety, reliability or legality of the services, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of limousine companies to provide services or the ability of the buyers to buy services. We persuade users to speak directly with limousine companies or shoppers or with third parties to an extent sufficient to establish the reliability of the Limousine Company or shopper. Any disputes between a shopper and a limousine company should be handled by the limousine company or the shopper. Since the user identification on the Internet is complex, Limos-Limousine.com cannot and does not validate that each user is who it declares to be.

LIMOUSINE COMPANY ELIGIBILITY In order to become a member of Limos-limousine.com the limousine company must declare that it meets the following criteria: 1.) Registration must be completed online at Limos-limousine.com entering true and correct information. 2.) Proof of Insurance as required by its local state and authority must be provided to Limos-limousine.com. 3.) Licensing and permits are required to be in order in accordance to their local and state authorities. 4.) Credit Card Authorization form will be provided upon completion of registration to be reviewed and signed by an authorized agent. The card provided will be used for the fees described below.

FEES There is no fee for shoppers, it is absolutely FREE. Limousine companies will be charged the fees described below:
o A $10.00 one time activation fee will be charged to initiate the service at the time of registration. A $0.75 per lead will be charged to the credit card held on file for said limousine company on a monthly basis. In the event that the credit card provided should decline for payment, the member will receive a 48 hour notice to provide a new credit card number. If updated information is received within the 48 hours provided the $50.00 reactivation fee will be avoided.

TERMINATION As user you may terminate your service with Limos-limousine.com at any time. Termination must be declared in writing in such time and manner as to afford a reasonable opportunity to act upon the notice. Limos-limousine.com may immediately suspend or terminate a user if ant any time the user fails to comply to the Terms and/or Conditions, or for any reason at the sole discretion of Limos-limousine.com.

TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT Limos-limousine.com encloses proprietary materials such as logos, text and software. In the same way as concerning Limos-limousine.com and users, Limos-limousine.com is the owner and licensee of all such proprietary material and intellectual property rights therein, including without limitation, copyrights and trademarks.

INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Limos-limousine.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the site, your use or misuse of the site, your connection to the service, or your violation of any other right, including such violation or misuse conducted by your employee or agent, if applicable.

PRIVACY We understand the need to safeguard you information and records from unauthorized use and disclosure. Please see the privacy policy applicable to you.

DISCLAIMAR THE SERVICES ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS,””WHERE IS” AND “”WHERE AVAILBLE” BASIS, WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND-WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY-INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEITHER LIMOS-LIMOUSINE.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE SITE, OR AS TO THE TIMELINESS, SEQUENCE, ACCURANCY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES AND THE SITE. LIMOS-LIMOUSINE.COM DOES NOT ENDORSE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES APPEARING ON LINKED SITES OR PURCHASED VIA LINKED SITES.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENTOR WHERE THE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT STANDARD, YOU AGREE THAT LIMOS-LIMOUSINE.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR BODILY INJURY, WHETHER CAUSED BY ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LIMOS-LIMOUSINE.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIA, ECONOMIC OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE SERVICES, THE SITE, ANY ON LINE SERVICES OR INTERNET BROWSER SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LIABILITY ASSOCIATEDWITH ANY COMPUTER VIRUSES WHICH MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM.
